I wanted to thank Hardy-Close for the care, patience, and warmth they showed to my family and... I during a very difficult time. I don’t think there’s ever a way to prepare oneself to receive the news of the loss of a loved one; life certainly doesn’t check our calendars to make sure we have the time to deal with it that week. To have someone in which you feel that you can utterly trust to guide you through the process is invaluable, but that’s exactly what my family and I received with Clayton and the folks at Hardy-Close. From the first moment until the last, they were there holding our hand, building genuine rapport and trust, answering every spoken question and even some we felt stupid about asking, they warmly anticipated and addressed. To sum things up, because of their standards of care and the fact that they are good, honest people, it felt like we were in the hands of and being guided by family. We thank you, greatly, knowing that when the inevitable happens and we experience another loss in our family that we have someone like family that we absolutely trust and can turn to.read more

To say that he helped us execute every detail is an understatement. He listened and guided the family in the best way in a difficult time.
